Found out today that the Amazing Race 18 has been casted and has left for Australia already. =( However, I’m hoping this will give Matt and I an advantage for season 19 to tighten up our material and wow the interviewers.

We finally got it done. =) Well, at least part of it. Took a while and lots of concentration. I used iMovie HD on my Mac. There are somethings I would change about the program but all in all, I would use it again if I needed to. I remember hearing the background clip on a Republican ad that came out and thought it would be perfect. Most everyone seems to like it and I’d love to get 100,000 hits on youtube. Maybe Matt and I can do something crazy if that happens. One person suggested sky-diving. Would be cool but kinda costly, unless someone’s willing to fund it. (Anyone … anyone …) Hope you enjoy the video and we’ll see you from around the world soon, hopefully.
If you don’t know already. Matt Mortimer and I are going to be (positive thinking) on the Amazing Race next year. We’ve done the written application and have the footage for the video application. I was working last night on a dramatic effect for the end of our video in iMovie HD. It was taking forever. =) I finally figured out some tricks that may help though. Should have the whole thing done by the end of this week. The video footage is on an old camcorder so I need to find someone that can record DVD’s so I can transfer the footage. We’ll see how that works out. Ciao
