I’ve always wanted to have a make your own pancake breakfast place.  You would get a small bowl and fill it with whatever you wanted (choc chips, coconut, nuts, dried fruit, sprinkles, etc)  Then you would pay for each cup and pancake.

There would obviously be things there like eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc.
